We do not offer money back returns or exchanges at this time.

Once your package leaves our hands at the post office we are not responsible for it. If your package is lost, stolen, delayed or damaged. Please contact USPS to file a claim with them. All products are handmade so imperfections are to be expected. Litcustomcreations will ship to the address listed on the order form. Any packages returned will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Please remember packages can be delayed due to COVID19, currently all orders processing times vary by product but usually range between 3-5 days.

RETURNS

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. NOW WHAT?

Please contact me within 24 hours of the item being marked "delivered" with a photo of the broken product. We can discuss our options from there.
